Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Austin, Zach and crew are hands down the best in town!! From the welcome when you walk in the door and the wonderful quality of the food... only place my son and I go for pizza.. thanks again guys for taking such great care of us..

Ordered 2 topping $6.99 pizza. Employee says okay that will be $16.99. I said what!!? What about the $6.99? Ok we can do that. What? It's a corporate promotion. Be careful when you go there. Tried to rip me off and pocket $10. I called corporate they said that they would contact owner and have a representative call me. That was two weeks ago. Employees who try to screw customers must be okay. All I can say is be careful at this location.

The pick up station is not clearly marked. I received attitude from employees for not checking the rack. As a first time customer and someone who was in restaurant management I’m shook. The position of this rack was so poorly placed there would be no reason to check there unless you had been into that location previously. The label of the rack faces the employees and not the general public. Next time go to the EP location and you’ll be greeted with nicer employees and a clearly marked pick up place. Will not be coming back to this location.

The pizza was adequate, but never seems to crisp up as it should. And we follow all directions. Also…it’s a bit unbelievable to spend $25 on a thin crust pizza that you then have to go home and cook.

We used to purchase pizza here every week and twice during football season. But lately, the pizzas are not made well and they are out of side dishes way too often. Tonight the pizza had no cheese around the edge of the entire pizza. About 2 inches of red sauce and no cheese until the middle. I asked for a side dish, they did not have. High turnover of employees and seemed to be poorly trained. My suggestion, pay your employees more to retain them and maybe the pizzas would be more consistent. I am not expecting us to return anytime soon. This used to be our favorite pizza place, but not anymore. Sorry!
